  • Acknowledge and agree to Google's required certifications regarding nondiscrimination and donation receipt and use
  • Not be a governmental entity or organization
  • Not be a hospital or healthcare organization (some exceptions apply)
  • Not be a school, childcare center, or university (though philanthropic arms of educational institutions may qualify)

We provide a free eligibility assessment to determine if your organization qualifies before you commit to our services

Yes! Google for Nonprofits is available in over 65 countries. Each country has specific eligibility requirements based on local nonprofit/charity status equivalents. We have experience working with international NGOs and can help determine your eligibility based on your country of registration.

Countries we've successfully helped include organizations in Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, India, and many others.

Yes! Many organizations are initially rejected due to documentation issues, incomplete applications, or misunderstanding of requirements. We specialize in helping previously rejected organizations get approved by:

  • Identifying the specific reasons for rejection
  • Correcting documentation and compliance issues
  • Resubmitting a strengthened application
  • Providing the right evidence and explanations Google requires

Our success rate with reapplications is excellent.

Yes, you need to have a website with your own domain (e.g., yourorganization.org) to complete the Google for Nonprofits application. If you don't currently have one, we can guide you through the simple process of registering a domain and setting up a basic website, or we can recommend affordable solutions.

Application Process

With NGO Expansion: Most organizations are approved within 2-4 weeks from the time we submit your complete application.

Timeline breakdown:

  • Initial consultation and document gathering: 3-5 days
  • Application preparation and submission: 2-3 days
  • Google review process: 1-3 weeks
  • Setup and implementation: 1-2 weeks after approval

The actual timeline depends on how quickly you can provide required documentation and Google's current processing times.

Required documentation typically includes:

  • 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent charity status documentation
  • Organizational registration documents
  • Proof of current operational status
  • Website URL and domain ownership verification
  • Organization mission statement and description
  • Contact information for authorized representative

We provide you with a detailed checklist during our initial consultation and help you gather everything needed.

Absolutely! Google for Nonprofits is a free program that any eligible organization can apply for directly. However, many organizations choose to work with us because:

  • The application process can be complex and confusing
  • Documentation requirements are strict and specific
  • Many applications are rejected due to avoidable errors
  • Setting up and optimizing the tools requires technical expertise
  • Maximizing the $10,000/month Ad Grants requires ongoing management

We save you time, avoid costly mistakes, and ensure you get maximum value from your grant immediately.

While our success rate is 100% for eligible organizations, if Google denies your application for reasons outside our control (such as eligibility issues we couldn't foresee), we will:

  • Provide a full analysis of the rejection reasons
  • Advise on whether reapplication is possible
  • Help you address the issues if you choose to reapply

Please note that our fees are for service delivery, not guaranteed approval, as the final decision rests with Google. However, we conduct thorough eligibility assessments upfront to minimize this risk.

Timeline Questions

For Google Workspace, you can start using it within 24-48 hours of approval. We'll set up your email accounts, configure your domain, and provide immediate access.

For Google Ad Grants, there's an additional setup process that takes 1-2 weeks, including:

  • Ad Grants account creation and verification

We understand that timing can be critical for nonprofit campaigns. While we can't control Google's approval timeline, we can:

  • Prioritize your application preparation (typically within 24-48 hours)
  • Submit your application with all optimal documentation to speed Google's review
  • Follow up proactively with Google if processing is delayed
  • Fast-track implementation once approved

Contact us immediately if you have time-sensitive needs, and we'll do everything possible to accommodate your timeline.

You can start seeing traffic to your website within days of launching your campaigns. However, optimal results typically develop over the first 2-3 months as we:

  • Test and refine keywords
  • Optimize ad copy based on performance
  • Adjust bidding strategies
  • Build quality scores with Google

Most organizations see significant increases in website visitors, volunteer sign-ups, and donor engagement within the first 30-60 da

Not at all! Google Workspace is designed to be user-friendly. If your team can use Gmail or Google Docs, they can use Google Workspace. We provide:

  • Complete setup so everything works from day one
  • Training sessions tailored to your team's skill level
  • Video tutorials and documentation
  • Ongoing support for questions

Most teams are fully productive within a few days.

No problem! We can help you migrate from your current email provider to Google Workspace. We'll:

  • Transfer your existing emails and contacts
  • Set up email forwarding during transition
  • Ensure no emails are lost during the switch
  • Update your domain's email settings

The transition is typically seamless and completed within 24-48 hours.

Yes, to set up and configure your services, we need temporary administrative access to:

  • Your domain/website hosting (to verify domain ownership)
  • Your Google for Nonprofits account (which we help create)
  • Google Workspace and Ad Grants accounts (which we set up for you)

Security: We follow strict security protocols and only request the minimum access necessary. Once setup is complete, we transfer full ownership and control to you. You can revoke our access at any time.

You own all your data 100%. If you choose to stop working with us:

  • All your Google Workspace emails, files, and data remain yours
  • Your Ad Grants account continues (as long as you maintain compliance)
  • You retain full administrative access to all accounts
  • We provide transition documentation to help you manage independently

There's no lock-in - you're always in control of your accounts and data.

Absolutely! Our Complete package includes training so your team can manage campaigns independently if you choose. However, many organizations prefer our Managed package because:

  • Google Ads requires ongoing expertise to maximize results
  • Compliance requirements need constant monitoring
  • Optimization is time-consuming and technical
  • Our management typically delivers 2-3x better results

You can try managing it yourself and add our Managed services later if needed.

A website is required for Google for Nonprofits. If you need help:

  • We can recommend affordable website builders and designers
  • We can refer you to trusted partners for website development
  • We can provide guidance on minimum requirements

For Ad Grants specifically, your website should have clear calls-to-action (donate, volunteer, learn more) and conversion tracking. We can advise on improvements.

With Google Workspace for Nonprofits, there's a limit of 10 user accounts for the free tier. If you need more, Google has specific prices depending on your country and location. They have specific plans for NGOs. You can add accounts for:

  • All staff members
  • Board members
  • Key volunteers
  • Departmental email addresses (info@, donations@, etc.)

Each account comes with many Gbs of storage, which can be upgraded if needed.
